Submission Guide

When submitting a survey request, please make sure to include all the necessary details listed below to help us release the survey on time:

• Survey language versions (for example, it’s available in English and French)

• Survey title and description for each language version

• Live survey links for each language version

• Rewards & incentive (remember that 10 points equal 5 cents in your local currency)

Please note that our team needs to review the survey questions beforehand, and the planned launch date is only tentative.

Allow at least 3 business days from the submission date for the survey to go live. Also, keep in mind that our team works in the GMT+8 timezone, so there might be time differences.
